Hofors

Way back in 2017, I played with the idea of doing little comics for Patreon. This was the only one I did, there's a lot of good cartooning here and oh boy some day I will tell the full story of my art school days. It was wild.

Page one. We are introduced to my art school, located in the small former mining village of Hofors. It's 30 miles away from the University of Gävle and mainly populated by retirees, refugees and art students.
Page two. The popcorn smell from the local movie theatre was nice, but everything else was creepy. Streets empty, always cold, you felt like you were being watched... the place was haunted.
Surely this was all in my head! NO! My classmates were advised to never go out alone after dark. One time, there was a bullet hole in a grocery store window. A dead pensioner was left in a public restroom for three days before anyone found them. That's it. All true. End comic.
