Whine

According to the meta data on my files, I made this comic in 2015. It was created for Off Life, a UK comic magazine that I was really into briefly. While it didn't get published (I don't think I even got a response) I'm still really fond of this comic. I wish I still had a higher resolution, but alas.

A black and white comic. Two 30-year olds are at the liquor store, discussing what wine to buy. It turns into a discussion of when it became socially acceptable to spend three weeks of allowance on something they'll finish in half an hour.
Second page. The discussion on adulthood continues - are they doing this because it's fun, or because they're supposed to? Are they no longer allowed to eat candy that- the thought is interrupted by one of them announcing the wine has indeed turned his tongue blue.
